The Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Commercial Manager to lead our revenue generation efforts. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone with experience in non-league football who is confident in their ability to generate income through sponsorships and partnerships. This is a long term opportunity to play a key role in shaping the commercial future of the club as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for the club
-Build and manage relationships with local businesses and partners
-Develop new revenue streams including advertising, events, and matchday income
-Support the club’s commercial growth strategy
-Work closely with the club committee to drive financial sustainability

About You
-Previous experience in non-league football (Step 5/6 or similar preferred but not essential)
-Proven ability to generate revenue and secure sponsorship deals
-Strong communication and networking skills Self motivated with a results driven approach
-Passion for football and grassroots development
