Hedge End Rangers FC are supporting a scheme with the hampshire FA to help get more players in the game to become referees. In a joint programme, the process will be to support players become official referees that will be officiate games held at Deer Park and surrounding areas. The scheme will be backed by the club in a programme known as 'Respect our Referee' where zero tolerance approach will be given to referees in their foundation year.

The scheme is to encourage more referees into the game in a safe and respectful environment. The scheme will become a core factor within the club and will be mandatory by everyone within Hedge End Rangers, including all our spectators, parents, players, coaches and assistants.
